Stuck in shield wall while fighting Viper Napuatzi

My character is currently stuck in the shield wall formed by the soliders in the Viper Napuatzi fight.
She can't damage me, nor can I damage her.
I cannot role out of the wall, nor can I use escape shot.
When I log out or exit to the character select menu then reenter the game I'm still in the wall.

RIP character?

It happened to me as well, but it was she how stuck in the wall. There is an option in exit menu to restart from checkpoint
