Early Access Points not Showing

I purchased the early access, however, the 300 points do not show in game. It looks like when I merged both accounts, the access came over but the 300 points are connected to my other account when I switch accounts.

I have the same issue emailed support but no response

I am having the same issue, I purchased $60.00 supporter pack for PS5 and that is fine and also purchased the same pack for PC and the points and ornaments are not showing up on PC. I had a brief chat with support via email and they were supposed to help resolve just after Christmas however, they have ghosted me since. I have sent 3 follow up emails and still no response. Very disappointed that I am not receiving support...

Same issue here, I received a response from support just before Christmas and nothing since, even after several emails. Don't understand why.
