Cast on Freeze Maximum Energy with Comet

Cast on Freeze tooltip says "Has 10 maximum energy per 0.1 seconds of base cast time of socketed spells", but the maximum energy when looking at the tooltip says 300. Comet has a base cast time of 1.00s, so shouldn't the maximum energy be 100?

Comet has +1 second castspeed as part of the skill, which sums up to 200 energy.
But it's 300 atm, so yes, it's bugged.

The exact same happens with Lightning Conduit and Cast on Shock. Lightning Conduit has 2 seconds, but the requirement is 300 for Cast on shock.

The +1 seconds on the comet gem is not part of the base cast speed, it's only added to the total cast speed. It shouldn't be accounted for based on the wording of the cast on freeze gem text where it specifies base cast speed. The energy should be 100.

I do also agree with the previous comment, but I'd even take 200.
Can GGG clarify if it's intended, but maybe bad wording?
