Stuck in fight with Viper Napuatzi

Some how the game glitched while fighting her and now I'm stuck in the fight...she cannot damage me and I cannot damage her. When loading the game it loads me into this same spot. I tried hard reseting, no help. How do I get out of this?

Got out of it buy continuously rolling into the guards.
