Unexpected disconnection occured on specific character after trying to play on ps5

Main character can no longer connect to the game on PC or PS5.

I got supporters pack on PC, and started playing there with my main, got early access for PS5 in order to be able to play same character on ps5.

After logging into PS5 and doing first map(post campaign), I couldn't teleport to hideout after map was completee, error said that I do not have any hideouts. The only hideout I had is from supporters pack (dreadnought) when playing on PC which is part of the supporters pack, however since I do not have this on ps5 I guess it was not able to use it.

As a result I logged out and since then I cannot log into the character with disconnect (Unexpected disconnection occured). Same is happening on PC after this. creating new character works without issues.

Anyone experienced this?

same situation here. pc and ps5 crossplay.
Character selection screen says in hideout but when click to play i got disconnected
