Is overwolf overlay for pricing checking items against TOS?

Not sure if I posted this in the right section.

I just want to know is overwolf overlay for price checking items a violation of TOS or something players are allowed to use. I haven't tried it, but people in the poe community are telling me its 100% safe and encouraging others to use the program.
