Is overwolf overlay for pricing checking items against TOS?

I don't want to use it if it's bannable. Many users are telling me that this program tells you how much an item is worth. This sounds like awakened trade app, which was used by many and some users claimed they were banned for using it. I asked GGG and was told they advise against using awakened trade and they effectively reserve the right to ban for it.
Is Overwolf overlay for POE2 bannable or not? If it's a "grey" area I'd want to know so I can advise people against it.
