Cruel - return to halani gates

I’ve got the horn and now I am supposed to use the desert map to return to the gates to clear the sandstorm. My desert map does not have that destination, so I am stuck. Tried logging out, swapping characters, restarting the game and nothing works.

To confirm, you don't return to the gates, you send the caravan to the waypoint connected to Traitor's Passage.

Hmm after fluffing about it now appears there. I could swear this wasn’t active before.
