Atsak's Sight Not Applying 'On Hit' Effect from Totem

When equipped with Atsak's Sight, Dark Effigy Totem critical hits will not proc the Atsak's Sight 'critical hits poison the enemy.'

Does it work for you for any other skill? It also didn't apply any poison on my self-cast Bone Storm. No brutality or other support that could have prevented it.

Got 100% Crit Chance with Hexblast, doesn't even poison once.
