trouble redeeming poe2 key

my friend was generous enough to donate me one of his extra keys.
Once I input it into the redeem page, I wasn't able to click on any of the links for keys on the following page, i.e. steam, etc. Now the key says invalid when I go back to the redeem page. I have been trying since Sunday to get this to work but I cannot figure out how. I really don't want to have wasted a key that was so kindly given to me. I'm not sure how to proceed. please help! Hi there, I'm afraid that this may mean your account does not have Early Access. Please note that the Steam/Epic Games client keys do not grant Early Access, but only the ability to launch the client via their respective platforms. These are different to the additional keys which grant Early Access.

Ooooh, okay. Well that makes more sense than me experiencing a weird bug.
I'm just glad I didn't waste a key like I thought I did. Thank you for the assistance., you guys are amazing. |
