Temporal bubble and other rare monster modifiers are not fun

The thing rares have which slow you down. There's no counter-play to this with melee. Your attacks are already very slow, and going in to do any damage at all is very very very slow.

The problem is that there's no counter-play except build range. So basically the mistake was choosing a melee build on character selection screen.

Please remove this, or have a way to disable it with stuns or something.

Also Mana-burn circle thing to similar degree is not fun. You run in, lose your mana, have to run out. Yes you can stay very close, but it's not apparent, I only read online you could do that. It's not visually clear you could stay close to the monster and not lose mana. That being said, a lot of attacks have animation movement, so you end up losing mana anyways.
