Disconnect during Town Portal or Waypoint to town

Hi poe support,

First, it’s a wonderful game.
I have the following problem on my PS5.

Problem: when I play a while, around 10-15 minutes a map or longer, it may happen that I can’t use the town portal anymore. Even waypoints to town don’t work. Happened in act1 short before final boss and in act 2 directly before coming to mines. When I try to jump to town my game gets disconnected. After reloading I start at the same point and have still the same problem. The state of the map instance stays the same. Monsters reappear after death. Happened with and without party.

Workaround: run through a normal entry from a map and select an new instance. After that town portal works for a while.

Game Version: 1.007

PS5 version: 24.08.10.40.07

Realm: Paris (EU)

Note: happend since last patch or switch to paris realm. I try another realm.

Note2: stepping through town portal really takes a while

I tested Amsterdam (EU) and Frankfurt (EU) Realm. Seems to work better now.
