Orb of Annulment lacks identity as a currency.

The annulment orb doesn't feel like a reward with how rare it is currently. I believe because it doesn't feel distinct enough from a chaos orb.

This orb is missing something to interact with it to make it different from a chaos orb currently. The only use case I can find right now where after annulling you wouldn't immediately exalt making it functionally a chaos orb is when you want to make an item white for alchemy or essence and when you make a rare item magic for the stronger essences. This is a very fringe interaction and causes this orb to lack an identity.

A proposed solution would be a harvest craft or some other meta crafting slightly more accessible to make this orb have a more distinct identity from chaos orbs. If that is just making the rare essence modifiers more common that may be enough. The other solution would be to remove annulments for now and bring back scouring. I would less prefer this second solution but scouring would have an identity in this game for managing bases.
