[PS5] Constant DCs when entering map while in a party

Currently, every 2nd map I open ends in me as the party leader and everyone else trying to join being "Unexpectedly Disconnected". This has been the case since launch and it's still not under Known Issues.

We've tried going into the character selection after running 1 map to see if that helps, it sometimes does but it's not a 100% fix. Same with restarting the game altogether, so there doesn't seem any way to avoid this outside of playing alone.
