Bought supporter pack on wrong system for poe2

Hi iv been trying for 5 days to get help but support hasnt responded to emails. I merged my account and thought supporter packs were useable on pc and console. I was wrong. I was told to buy pack on website to support ggg but its kinda screwed me from playing the game. I ment to buy it for ps5 as i cannot play the game on pc.
I would like a refund so i could buy it for psn or could i transfer pack to my psn account? iv been trying since the 5th to get help I can provide any information needed. Last bumped on Dec 12, 2024, 4:32:06 PM

I did the same thing. They are overloaded and taking forever to respond.

well 7 days is kinda long to wait. there should be priority support for money issues
