[POE2]Heartbeat(Lowlife Sound) Replacement/MTX Request

Hello, I'd like to request a replacement MTX for the Low Life(heartbeat) sound effect, I personally find the heartbeat sound to be uncomfortable but nothing to complain about however it did get me thinking, what would i like to hear instead?

I'd really love to see a replacement MTX for the heartbeat sound that has a bunch of whispers in the background like sauron's ring in LOTR but nothing too crazy that it'd give you a migrane.
