Act 2 Valley of the Titans Medallion Cannot Select Buff Bug

I put the 2 pieces on the socket but the window that appears for selecting buff doesnt open:

I'm also having this issue. I've placed them in, but I can't select the buffs. I hope there is a fix soon. This is a super frustrating bug.

What do you mean by reload, as in portal back to town and wait for it to disappear? and then relog back in to character?

My friend can’t choose any of the two halves in the Valley of the Titans. What can we do?

Hit this bug today on PS5. New instances do not fix the bug. Has anyone found a solution for this? I cannot select either half of the medallions.

This just happened to me too. I cannot select a buff and creating a new instance, logging in and out, etc does not work.
