Supporter Pack Upgrade Question

Are PlayStation players entirely locked out of the supporter pack tiers above 100$? If I repurchase or “upgrade” in the store, will it upgrade my tier of supporter pack, even if unstated? I’m just curious if there’s any way to get access to the upper tiers and their skins on PlayStation; especially if there’s an upgrade path. I’m also curious if the packs bought directly from the website are available on your PlayStation account character if connected, or if website purchases are completely unusable on console regardless of your link status.
