How do I turn the gliding off on the King of Faridun Body Armor Skin?

It says in the support pack explainer video that the gliding can be toggled on and off, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

I think its a bug or not implemented because on lord of ogham i can toggle helm now first few days it wasnt there and the cape should have one too it doesnt and the faridun should have the toggle on armor but it still doesnt (i dont like hearing my own foot steps so id never turn it off lol)
