Respec Passive Costs

This cost should be as minimum as possible. That way we are incentivized to experiment, try new things, etc. Respec should not be the way to punish players for their choice.

Sanctum and ultimatum need to go.
Respec needs to be free or much lower. Drops are too good right now, should be lowered a little. I am forgetting something but these are the 3 biggest issues for me right now. |
