Crash on every zone act 3 PS5 (DEBUGGED)

entering act 3 every zone would crash to desktop. I've finally fixed it after 4 days. it seems to be every zone with a waypoint. one subzone didn't crash. on restart you will be in the new zone but traveling zones will crash you again.
this crash does not persist across characters. traveling to act 1 and 2 will crash my pathfinder. crash period started as soon as I ascended.

PROBLEM: entering a new zone will crash to desktop.
SOLUTION: unbind Pathfinder's ascendency concoctions from your hotbar

IT WORKED. How the hell do you figure this out. Thank you man, you single handedly just improved the quality of my life with this solution.

Pathfinder already felt weak though lol now we can't use concotion lol
