Missing POE2 characters

Good day to you POE team member. ( I am an Xbox player)
I reach out in this fashion as my emails are going unheard. My current profile here on POE website does not show any of my characters for POE2. I am not so concerned over this as of now. WHAT does create an issue is I am a Guild leader and I want to buy stash for my members. We have created a guild with many friends but I am unable to buy any thing from you to host my members. Can I please get help on this issue. I also want to add it would be easier if we could purchase guild items and things on the X box and not made to come to the website to make these purchase.
