Blocked by spirit gem drops

Hello! I absolutely love POE2 - wonderful work so far and I can't wait to watch things evolve from this already amazing point.

I'm bringing up an issue I'm encountering which is that Spirit orbs, apart from the guranteed ones you get inside the Acts, are quite hard to come by. To me this is getting in the way of a core strength of POE which is build flexibility and experimentation.

I respeced and am changing up my build but had already used my few preciously gained spirit orbs. The build I'm making relies on a spirit gem I didn't make with the ones gained in the campaign and I can't find one for the life of me.

This is/will be a pretty huge problem for many I am sure as of right now. I leave it in your capable hands to find a solution that works with higher level intentions. A few possible suggestions to consider or get the ball rolling below:

- Allow salvaging a skill gem into a raw uncut skill gem of the same type and level that was used to create it.
- Allow the merging of five regular uncut skill gems to create a spirit gem
- Make it something more easily farmable

To get around this currently, people are making new characters and leveling to 10 to get the guranteed one in act 1 and then using that in the stash for their other character - but this is not a thing that should need to happen and even then there can be levels to spirit gems so it may not be valid anyway, if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you for reading and considering. As of now I dumped money and time into rebulding my character and tripped on this which is quite frustrating in a way that doesn't feel like it's intended depth or complexity but just a sort of trap currently in the game.
