[Sony Unlink] Help needed

Good day to you all,

I've been trying the last week to contact support email with no luck due to this:

'Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently."

I'd like to unlink my Sony account so I can relink it to my new ps5 account, and sadly since I cannot do it manually, someone please unlink it.

It doesn't work so forums is the only way.
