Withering presence doesnt debuff past 2 stacks

withering presence without bonus or passive only put 2 stack max since it gives 1 stacks every 2.x sec that last only 4 sec
withering touch can apply withered if it's a chaos dmg hit ( some bow skill doesnt count as hit) |

" I see what you are trying to say here but the tool tip says "Supports any skill that Hits enemies, giving it a chance to Wither enemies on Hit." Does not say, "Supports any skill that Hits enemies for chaos damage, giving it a chance to Wither enemies on Hit. Ive put the support gem on every skill gem i have, ones that do chaos damage and ones that do physical hits. I have not seen any indication that the support gem has procc'ed wither stacks at all. I think it needs to be looked at to determine if it is in fact broken or....IF working as intended, make the tooltip more accurately reflect how to proc the gem. haven't tried on all skills but withering touch works with ED and dark effigy, contagion doesn't work since it's not hit.
For other skill like physical, you can have extra damage as chaos as mod on item and 1 support if i remember correctly for it to maybe work ( haven't tried) |

Withering Touch seems to be working for me, I put it in Essence Drain. But as for Withering Presence, I clicked the little pop out box next to the DPS button, and the reason it wont stack seems to be, when you have the ability turned off, it says Wither lasts 4 seconds, and reapplies every 2.7 seconds. All correct.
But then the moment I right click the skill to turn it on, the pop out box reports that now, the buff lasts 4 seconds, and gets reapplied every 5.4 seconds. The time gets doubled for some reason. Im not even sure how it's building to 2 stacks with this. But I can see why it can't build to 3 for sure. Last edited by SpardaX01#4223 on Dec 18, 2024, 2:21:49 AM

I’ve also noticed in my character sheet the 60% chaos resistance isn’t reflected there.
Is this passive not working as intended?? And the debuff also doesn’t seem to be stacking-.- |
