I have a problem of Vulcan Armour pack.

Hi GGG,I just buy the Vulcan Armour pack in webpage shop,but it can not use in Path of Exile2.I am a new player for this game,I don't know it can't use in Path of Exile2.Hope you guys can issue a refund.

I also buy the Vulcan Weapon，it can not be display correctly in poe2.
When the hammer equip it，it appear a sceptre look.
I hope you guys cheek it，hope you can issue a refund.

Anyway I like the Vulcan series very much.Hope all the items in webpage shop can fit for poe2！
