Question about unreachable ares in [The Molten Vault]

HOW can i get to these 2 areas, they clearly have a point, there is checkpoints and "vaal crystal" thingies, same as used in Machinarium

so tried getting one of those, but when i leave the area those a re dwspawnes from my inventory.

How do i get there?
