Frost skill tweaks - ranges need adjustment

Playing on console, using frost bolt, cold snap and frost nova.

If I send out frost bolts and want to activate cold snap I need to move toward the bolts by walking or rolling because the range of cold snap is very short.

Frost novas range on the other hand is extremely long. I can activate frost bolts when they are off my screen.

This means I cast frost bolts, roll toward enemy to pop them with cold snap, and if I want to activate frost nova to get some knockback to stop them from swarming me, the frost nova will proc on the frost bolt thats way off in the distance now ( I am using scatter shot so I have multiple bolts)

Also, another side issue here is auto targeting for frost bolts. It seems broken. When fighting rare monsters and bosses even when there are no other mobs or minions nearby my character will turn away from the boss or rare and shoot off in the opposite direction. super frustrating.
