I get no Town Portal skill

I think it is related to turning off the in-game help - which also cannot be turned on again.
My old character has the portal with help turned ON, but the new one where I accidentally turned it OFF has no access to the town portal with Level 10.

pretty sure portal access is a scripted quest. You may have not made it far enough in the new char.

As I said, I am Level 10 on the new character and did not miss a single quest so far. This is why I stopped playing with this character as I need the TP.

I'm having the same problem with my 3rd character, the hunter archetype. The TP tutorial didn't proc like with my two previous toons. No changes to settings or anywhere else I'm aware of. She just never got the option. Until that happens, I can't hold right arrow for the scroll bar that includes the option. There's no response to that input.

Any way to kick that in the pants? I've gone back and hunted Clearfell repeatedly, along with Grelwood and The Red Vale. Both my other toons received the tutorial as soon as they were in Clearfell or Mud Burrow. Going back doesn't seem to proc it. Need help, devs.

Last time I made a character without tutorials I was still able to hold down the touchpad and then down on analogue stick to access bind skills menu, then choose an empty spot for portal, try that in game. If that option doesn't exist for you I'm not sure what could cause or fix it sadly.

You can bind it yourself in your bind menu.
