Ghost dance and Fast Forward (Support)

Good afternoon,

Just noticed when I tried adding fast forward support to ghost dance that there is no decrease in duration of gaining shrouds with ghost dance. One would expect the duration between shrouds to be reduced with this support gem however, that is not occurring.

Perhaps this is bugged?

I used a stopwatch to count - around 13 seconsd without, and 9 with the support gem.

It works but doesn't change the tooltip numbers - I'd still count it as a bug, because it kinda misleading
