POE 2 Essence dont drop

Act 2 Valley of titans i encountered an essence monster that I killed while it was frozen and dropped absolutely nothing.It was definitely an essence monster and it was definitely killed I'm not sure if it was by freezing or other ailments but no items or essence fell out of it.If it has any relevance and I doubt it,I killed it with Ice strike with tempest bell on monk

same bug here in the Titan grotto, an essence monster who died and drop nothing (not even his essence). I was using fire wall spark and raging spirits with a witch

I just had a two essence node within a t15 map have no loot after clearing. Very sad. Not sure what happened, the mobs instantly died but no loot.
