Request for Refund of Transferred Points to Guild

Hello,
our guildmembers transferred (including me) a large number of points to our guild account using the in-game mechanic. However, after checking the administration section, we noticed the points neither reached the guild account nor are visible elsewhere. The points are no longer in our account, and the only apparent method to transfer points seems to be via the website. Could you please clarify when we will receive a refund? Points donated to a guild by guild members are not automatically accepted. Your guild leader will need to either accept or reject the point donations on the Path of Exile website here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/poe2/guild-transactions

Hello,
This is incorrect. The transactions from the 6th and 7th of December, which were made in-game, are not visible but have been deducted from my in-game points. The points are gone, but they were never transferred to the administration for approval! This cannot be the only case with that topic...
