how to change email when i dont got accent to the old email anymore

hi just started to get in poe and poe 2 but cant talk in game chat because my account not verified but the email to this account i dont know and dont got accent to it anymore. try to change it with no luck trying and trying emailing company and with no replay back is there anything i can do to fix this?
