Any tech to be permanently low life

I have a bunch of benefits for being low life, but is there any tech (like reserving life) that can help me be permanently low life?

I have limited information since I am not watching any guides or other builds. The only one I have seen are the three Ascendancy noteables of the Infernalist, to reserve 25% life each.

There doesn't seem to be natural HP regeneration, or if there is, it is really slow, so is not taking any gear/passives with HP regeneration not an option?

I'm planning on using guiding palm to get to ~50% life regeneration, so I can't skip life regen. I can see cowards legacy belt increases the low life threshhold to 75% rather than 35% but I'm not sure how to keep it under 75%. Getting 50% regen requires some conditional regen on passive tree and uniques that require you to be on low life (and also to be surrounded)

" Sry, in that case I dont know. Maybe keep life regen as low as possible? 50% still mean no base life regeneration, so I would just suggest avoiding gear with life regeneration and try to sneak around passive nods with more life regen as good as possible. Other than that, I think the only thing you can do is take a few hits. |
