Can't upgrade my pack with regional price

I bought cheaper version from Steam and regional prices don't work if I want to upgrade my pack, also currency in-game it's still expensive here(Argentina), it shows original price. Can you please fix this?

Are you looking at it in Path of Exile, in Path of Exile 2, or on the website?

Any updates? I'm also trying to upgrade via in game shop but the regional pricing is not applied there. It's cheaper just to buy a new Faridun pack on steam than upgrading it via the in game shop but I want to upgrade so I only pay the difference in price, sadly it's not possible because of this issue, will this be fixed?
