will anyone answer? preferably from technical support

Why would they? if you issues a refund they have the right to block you from playing.
and NGL i think they should. people keep abusing the refund on games to try to skirt around features or roadblocks or to play game 8h then chargeback and do it again. Steam is now also banning/blocking refund abusers and even taking some with legal action. that's kinda on you tbh. |

"if you issues a refund they have the right to block you from playing."
Are you laughing? I don’t care about the block in their new craft - POE2. It doesn’t interest me now. I can’t enter POE1, which is interesting to me. and in any case, you are not from technical support. Therefore, your personal opinion Last edited by AlexPsk#5520 on Dec 11, 2024, 6:15:28 AM

If I had to guess, it's probably a precaution on GGG's end.
After all, the $30 doesn't just buy you access to POE2, it also transfers 300 points into your account. If you force a refund through Steam, Steam doesn't have the ability to take those points away. It's quite open to abuse, which is probably why GGG block such accounts, at least temporarily. |
