Targeting Issue

Basically, when I fire off a skill it doesn't target intuitively

For example:

I'm playing ranger, there's multiple enemies right in front of me, and I fire off lightning arrow, it will target some random enemy way in the back for some reason

I'm aware that both the analog sticks affect targeting, but this happens whether I am moving or standing still and not pushing either sticks

This happens fairly regularly, roughly once every 5-6 attacks
