Taiwan server's trade site is unavailable since server launch

I am a player from Taiwan, I think report in here is way effecient than report in our offical site... Currently, in the Taiwan server's trade site, we are unable to check players' online status. This causes inconvenience when players are actually online but we cannot purchase items from them. Given that the server has been running for quite some time now, the game becomes much less enjoyable without proper trading functionality. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as playing on this server feels like being on an abandoned one.
