BUG report - lost my trail of sekhemas token balbala doesnt give either

Doing my second run of Trail of sekhemas for my 3rd set of asc points. But failed the run and the token disappeared.

have tried talking to balbala - she didnt give me the item either.

so is this intended? like im not suppose to fail or i have to rerun the whole quest line again?

quest menu says search traitors passage - again... fought babala and killed her but she didnt drop any token or ect.

Same, I got the Coin, then backtracked from Cruel Difficulty to normal one, because I missed a boss, then did some Trials, but it will only let me into the "Trial of Sekhams" Act 2 area, not for the Cruel difficulty, so I used the Coin, died in the Trial and now I cannot redo it, nor do I get the Coin, despite killing her 3 times.. So my quest is stuck on "Ascent to Power - search Traitor's Passage".

There is only one location "Trial of Sekhams" and it is located in Act 2.
You don't need to search Passage or kill Balbala. You just need Djinn barya (random drop) with the correct number of trials and complete Sekhem's trial.
The quest barya drops from Balbala only before the first trial run in act 2.

I don't? But why do I have the quest in Act 2 Cruel and it won't go away? I ran through the passage 3x times already, killed her 3x as well. Dropped the Coin the first time as well. But if the Trial area only exists in Act 2 it's at least not bugged and I can make my way searching for a new Coin, thank you!

This is a quest to get Ascendancy points. You can do it later, or skip it and get points in the Trial of Chaos.

The description of the quest is incorrect. You don't need to search Passage or kill Balbala.
