Enemy Spawn Animation

I'm not sure why, and this wasn't the thing before, but enemies now spawn in with this weird black matrix like animation and it's SUPER annoying as there's so much visual clutter and I can barely see anything. Is there anyway to disable this? It wasn't like this before as enemies were already spawned in. Thanks
