Died after killing boss that drops permanent buffs

Hey!
Yeah, I know I’m bad… I killed the ‘King of Mists’ but died after and couldn’t pick up permanent Spirit buff. Is there anyway I can recover this item? And any plans to change the way quest items interact upon death? Thanks! Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 11:36:44 AM

Is there still no solution for this? The same happened to me too. Killed him again and got no buff..
