Died after killing boss that drops permanent buffs

Yeah, I know I’m bad… I killed the ‘King of Mists’ but died after and couldn’t pick up permanent Spirit buff. Is there anyway I can recover this item? And any plans to change the way quest items interact upon death? Thanks! Last bumped on Jan 21, 2025, 5:52:11 PM
