Allow keyboard and mouse in consoles

It would be great to allow K&B on consoles just as in PC we can use both controllers and K&B. That way, console and PC players can have the same experience in both platforms.

They also need to let us switch inputs on the fly. Using a controller for inventory management is super rough.
