Quest rewards / skill gems / lesser jewel orbs

HI. I'm currently level 60 Witchhunter and absolutely loving the game and class, I'm in cruel 3 and wanted to give my feed back.

I've seen the patch updates for lesser jewel orbs and have felt the changes because before the change I was in cruel 1 and had only found 1 lesser jewel orb and now I'm at 4 which still feels way low. all my skills are level 13, I have about 20 level 2 support gems in the stash and even a handful of level 3 support gems and I was finally able to use a couple of them but my next point is the quest rewards giving a level 13 skill gem thats the same level as all the skills I already have even when I have my skill gem stash tab filled up with a handful of every level just felt bad, like it was a 1 gold quest reward. Quests are supposed to be rewarding or give a power boost even if a small one, maybe it can be a level higher than what we already have or give 1 guaranteed lesser jewel orb because that would feel fun and rewarding and allow for better experience being able to socket another gem. I have 60 spirit and can even utilize it all because my support buff doesn't have anymore sockets yet and its just been a wasted stat as well for me until I found my 4th lesser jewel orb and put more spirit reserve supports in it.

The difficulty level feels fun and rewarding. if I die its cause i miss timed a dodge or was standing in a death rune or something, the loot drops and currency upgrades are exciting. I've spent more exalted orbs in a few days than I probably had in poe 1 for a couple months lol.
