GGG stop watching YT&Twitch and let people who pay the EA play!

5 days waiting for an answer from GGG to just unlink a Steam account, like many others like me.

But still no response, no communication from GGG's team except asking us to send email to the support who doesn't work. Meanwhile, the team is actively working on balancing the game because a streamer found something OP...

Can non-streamers/influencers also get some attention and support to at least have access to the game?
Can you prioritize people who can't even play at all even if they paid for it?

I understand you're busy and probably understaffed, but still what a terrible way to handle things. That's really disappointing.

You don't need your Steam account unlinked to log into the stand alone client. You just add an email and password in your account settings.

That's probably why they didn't answer you genius.

Ofc if you bought it on POE.com there is no issue to play. But you know POE.com isn't the only place where you can buy the pack right?

I got my pack on my Steam account, unfortunately, it's another Steam account than the one linked to my POE account for personal reasons.

the devs who work on the game are not the support staff. if jonathan and mark are not about to go sit at a support desk to deal with ur steam, they probably dont even know how.

Yes obviously, but that's not the point, the point is about priority.
Also, despite everything, it doesn't prevent GGG from communicating, especially after so many days, and it's not the support staff who will make an official statement either.

you bought your EA access on the steam account that is NOT linked to your POE account instead of the one that is?

what possible reason would you need to do that for?

and what is stopping you from playing on the other steam account???

Well, many reasons can lead to that, for example just having an old blocked Steam account or an old unused/unaccessible Steam account linked to your POE. Nothing special about it.

And, in my case, I received credit for Steam on my "usual account" so I bought the pack there (otherwise I would just buy it on POE.com as usual) but this "usual account" is different from my old other Steam account linked to my POE.

Also, it's a common thing to link and unlink accounts, you can even do it for Twitch on POE, so why not for Steam?

So you're saying that nerfing and balancing the game is the main priority right now even for the dev team? There are no more important things they can do first as a devs? Weird...

And, does any of this prevent them from communicating before? Again the priority was to say they made balancing adjustments to the game instead of saying that their email system is broken since day1 (maybe even before the launch) while keep asking people to send emails to the support.
I'm wondering if your reaction would be the same if you were unable to play, but we will never find out I suppose.

Never mind man, you just want to defend blindly a company you like, even if the way they are handling things and some of their decisions are off. I get it.
Tbf, I like GGG too, that's why I bought a pack and I took a week's vacation for this EA... it doesn't mean I'm blind and can't complain about some of their actions.

So, I don't think you are being reasonable here. But I can understand that you are mad because you want to play nontheless.

However, you have a few options here you should consider:

1. Play with the wrong steam account you bought the game on.

2. Refund via. Steam (If you haven't played that should very well be possible) and buy it on the PoE Website or on the correct Steam Account.

Both of these would make you be able to play, and actually use the vacation you took for it. I can't see how under such circumstances you would not consider one of these options but rather come to the Forums to tilt.
