Not getting verification email and need to connect to play

I've been trying to get a verification email for 3 days now and I can't get one. Just never comes

I just need to change my email to my recent one (originally created 11 years ago with an email I don't use anymore) and connect my PS5 to the account so I can play on there and have cross progression with my steam

I'd be fine with also disconnecting my steam from here and making a new account, but it won't let me do that either

Haven't heard anything back from support. Just want to play POE2 on my PS5...

Hello, unfortunately if you are unable to access the email address connected to a Path of Exile account you will need to contact us at support@grindinggear.com with your request so we can look into this further.

I'm able to access it, but it's not a relevant email for me anymore.

I also have contacted, but still haven't heard back

I did that and waited for days only to have two separated support asked me for "more info", then silence.
