Boss fight bugged - Viper Napuatzi

I got stuck during her fight and had to die to the soldiers.

Could not attack her nor her me.

I had a similar bug with her, except that instead of her being stuck, I was stuck in the guards. Fortunately I was ranged and I could still hit her. Then I died right after she died because the guards killed me :(
