Trial of Sekhemas bug xbox series S

When I die on doing the trials I don't get a reset button and have to close out the game. Been happening over the last few days. Makes ascension a challenge.

Just had same issue on my first trial run. Series X

Also had this error, so you get a "me too" instead of a different bug report.
Series X, playing couch co-op.
Basically get no buttons that work to exit the Trial after "dying".
The 2nd player is the only one that can do something by holding down the Start button (or whatever they call it these days). That could at least get us to the "exit to character select" option.
I imagine single player wouldn't be able to do anything since 1st player had no buttons that worked.

This happens to me every time I die in trial on series x.

Going to xbox home doesnt fix it, I have to force quit the game and log back in to get it to work again.

Also, in trial of sekhemas when looking at loot on the ground the item is shown under the quest log so I cant read the stats on the gear. Only happens in the trial I think because of the honor bar taking up the space where it is normally.

Series X here. Dont know if it is still happening today, but I have had this problem too every time I die in the trial. And boy howdy did I die a bunch as a melee warrior trying to get my ascendancy lol. I just closed the game and restarted and that's fine as a workaround for now until it is fixed.
