Missing Coins from Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack
Hi Path of Exile Support Team,
I recently purchased the Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack, which was supposed to include 300 coins for the shop. However, my account currently shows 0 coins. Account #: librahall#7221 I initially tried reporting this issue to support@grindinggear.com but received a Gmail reply stating, "there was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com.". Could you please investigate this issue and ensure the coins are credited to my account? Let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you for your help! Im having the same issue. Although I found out my coins were loaded onto the associated account and NOT the one im currently using. So if you ever made and used another account and linked it to steam, they will be on the "other" account linked to this one. top left of page, switch account, and they may be on the other account. Currently trying to get this sorted myself but cannot email them due to their system being overflooded.

Thank you for your response. As you suggested, I just checked my PoE accounts and confirmed that my Path of Exile 1 account was credited with 300 coins. I recently purchased a Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack on Steam, which should include 300 coins for my PoE 2 account (librahall#7221). During the login process, I linked my existing PoE 1 account (librahall#7158). However, I noticed that the 300 coins were credited to my Path of Exile 1 account (librahall#7158) instead of my PoE 2 account. Could you please look into this and transfer the 300 coins to my PoE 2 account (librahall#7221)? Additionally, I tried reporting this issue to support@grindinggear.com two days ago but received a delivery failure message from Gmail stating: Message not delivered: There was a problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com.The response was:Receive rate too high Let me know if you need any further information to assist with this issue. To clarify, the issue is not that I made a purchase on the incorrect sub-account. I made the purchase on my Steam account, which created a new PoE account, and I then linked it with my existing PoE account during the login. I believe this is a bug.
Could you please look into this and transfer the 300 coins to my PoE 2 account (librahall#7221)? I'd like to purchase some stash sorting features. It has been really time-consuming moving items. Again, I tried reporting this issue to support@grindinggear.com three days ago but got rejected by the server. Looking forward to your early response and thank you. |
