Cannot recieve friend requests, and randomly cannot recieve whispers.

Hello I tried to email support a few days ago about this with no response as of yet, so I hope to get help here if possible. When playing poe2, when friends add me in game it will add some random player for them instead of me. Also when people try to whisper me, randomly I just won't receive any whispers at all. I have confirmed with people and even watched them on discord screen share message me. I never receive the messages in game on my part. I wonder if my account is somehow locked into the other persons somehow? Is there a way I can fix this?

Mine is doing that as well so your not alone, iv been posting items to trade and don't receive whispers but get spammed party invites from buyers instead which is more annoying because I have no idea what they want to buy and it seems like we are unable to communicate even through party chat

Same here, I'm not getting any whisper. It makes it impossible to trade.....
