Blackjaw hits from across the room

On his 3 hit combo, the third hit 1 shots my warrior from across the room waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay outside of the visual indicator of where his weapon lands if I am remotely within a 45 degree arc of where he is facing. If there is something like a fissure hitting me, it does not visually show. I just die when I am nowhere near him.

Somehow got lucky and survived one of them and managed to kill him after dozens of attempts.
